This policy describes how subscription fees for Vizhaa vendor listings may be cancelled or refunded. We may update it from time to time; the version linked from checkout at the time of payment applies.
Subscription nature
Vizhaa offers annual listing subscriptions that unlock placement, badges, and listing limits on the platform for the paid term. Payment is collected through our payment partner as described at checkout.
Cancellation
You may stop renewing at the end of your current term by not purchasing a new plan when your subscription ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current term unless required by this policy or applicable law.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased and whether the service has been substantially delivered. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at the email below with your vendor email and transaction reference.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment reversal with your bank, we may suspend access until the dispute is resolved and may terminate accounts that abuse the dispute process.
